APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY AND BOOKING please bear in mind that Hilary is currently doing a lot of daytime work in a hospital where the phone has to be on silent, in a drawer with little reception! If you leave no message, the phone may not register a missed call. Messages and texts will be responded to as soon as possible. Appointments are currently only available on Sundays.
Baby colic session lasts for half an hour. Two or three sessions may be needed.
Stress / anxiety management or panic attack control will need at least two of the one-hour sessions.
Other problems are less predictable. Hilary uses myofascial release techniques (Bowen technique) for musculoskeletal problems. Myofascial release works the whole body on each visit, and can be viewed as a complete tune-up/service! Treatment will be varied according to the individual's needs and response to each session, which are usually given once a week at the outset. Many problems respond in around three sessions. Some patients with chronic or long-term conditions may benefit from regular maintenance top-ups.
PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT HILARY WILL NOT KEEP YOU COMING FOR TREATMENT IF NO BENEFIT IS BEING GAINED!
